3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: When you book a service, you are required to provide your name, phone number, service details, and address. We may also collect other information related to the specific issue you are experiencing with your appliance.

  • Inspection Fee: We charge a ₹299 inspection and visit fee for each service request. This fee covers the technician’s travel and time for diagnosing the issue. The inspection fee is payable upon technician arrival, with your consent.

  • Payment for Services: Once the technician provides an estimate for repairs, you may choose to proceed with the service. The final cost of the repair will be provided upfront for your approval. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before any work is completed.

  • Payment Methods: Payments for repairs will be accepted via cash, debit/credit card, or any other available payment method that we offer. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Service Warranty

We offer a warranty on our repair services depending on the type of repair completed. The warranty period will be communicated to you before the service is provided. Our warranty covers the specific repairs done and does not apply to any new issues that arise after the repair.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking a service, including appliance details, issue descriptions, and contact information. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality of service or result in additional charges.

  • Access to the Appliance: You agree to provide our technicians with access to the appliance that needs repair. If the appliance is in an area that requires special access or precautions, you are responsible for ensuring the area is accessible and safe.

  • Timeliness: You agree to be present at the scheduled appointment time or to notify us promptly if you need to reschedule.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service at no additional charge if done with at least 24 hours’ notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, MS Micro Wave – Customer Care for MS Microwave is not liable for damages that may occur to the appliance during the repair process. Our liability is limited to the repair services performed, and we do not assume responsibility for any issues not related to the repair or for appliances that may fail due to other unrelated causes.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or from delays or failure to perform services.
